Hey Dan, Love the podcasts, really looking forward to every new one you put out. I have a question for the podcast. Background – I’ve been taking Aromasin as an AI to keep Gyno in check. I get my bloodwork done privately every 6 weeks and my E2 is 70pmol/L (19pg/ml). I hear that we are more anabolic with a higher estrogen level so I have been reducing the AI and adding nolva so that my e2 can creep up whilst keeping Gyno down. Now I hear that nolva and AI’s reduce IGF-1 levels. I’ve been taking Mk-677@25mg/day + CJC-1295@400mcg EOD as well as igf-1 LR3 @100mcg/day. So my question is what are your thoughts on how much Nolva and AI’s can reduce IGF-1 levels, is it a significant amount, and will the exogenous igf-1 LR3 more than make up for what is lost, or am I just wasting my time with it? Hey Dan, love the podcast, got a personal question for it. Sorry for the long back story bro! I’m starting my first cycle soon, 500mg test e per week and 50mg winstrol everyday, just waiting for the UK lockdowns to fuck off and the government to stop being pussies and let us train in the gym again. Until then I’m training mainly cardio and body weight exercises so I don’t get fat and aromatise a fuck load on cycle (I suspect I might be susceptible to aromatisation so don’t worry I’m stocked up on AIs too). My only concern is that well before we even knew about covid I signed up to an amateur boxing night when I was drunk which is scheduled for April now because of all the lockdowns. What do you suggest I should do about that? On one hand I want to hop on and experience the gains as soon as possible (I’ve been waiting nearly 6 months for the opportunity because of my shit government), on the other hand I don’t want to go into the fight night with an unfair advantage or even potentially be at a disadvantage as I’m not sure how that cycle would affect me on the day. Do you think I should wait until afterwards or say fuck it and go into it looking huge for all the birds that will be there 😂. (there won’t be any drug tests so that isn’t a concern either). Couple questions for your next one: 1. I’m on trt with test-e 1cc per week. I’m wanting to do a blast every so often to get bigger and stronger while keeping decent bloods. I’m thinking maybe throwing in 25mg anavar or 30mg winstrol for maybe 4-8 weeks then going back to my regular trt protocol. Would I need to add anything extra to keep sides down during or after said blast?
2. What are your thoughts on cardarine added in to lose stubborn fat?
I’m 5’8″ 205lbs; diet is fairly clean, cardio 3x a week, gym 6x a week. Maybe 12% bodyfat.

I have a question for the next podcast…
I have been dieting for about 5 months, and lost 20kg fat, almost at my goal weight 85kg looking quite lean now. I will be maintaining for a couple of weeks then reverse dieting with a testosterone enanthate + anavar cycle. This is my first cycle I want to pack on muscle, stay lean and keep gains.
How long and what dosages do you recommend?
Also the fact I have dieted hard, gradually lowered carbs to very little, and expect my insulin sensitivity to be high when starting reverse, how will this effect or what difference will this make with a first cycle, should i take advantage of that before starting the cycle? Do I need to start small and build dosages up?
Will I keep my gains ?
